主讲人简介:

Han Peng received the B.Sc. degrees from Southeast University in 2006, and the Ph.D. degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, NY, USA, in 2011, all in electrical engineering.

She is currently a Lead Electrical Engineer with High Frequency Power Electronics Laboratory, GE Global Research, Niskayuna, NY, USA. She was an Adjunct Professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2012. She also served as associate editor for IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics. Her research interests include wide bandgap power devices and applications in power electronics, very high frequency power conversions, fully integrated power system and module designs, power management IC, especially for Gallium Arsenide and Gallium Nitride. She has published more than 10 papers in the referred journals and international conference proceedings, and filed several US patent applications.


研究方向:

1. High Frequency, High Power Density Power Electronics; Monolithic Power Management IC; Wide bandgap Power Semiconductors ;

2. Advanced power conversion topology and application with high frequency, high power density capability;

3. Monolithic high frequency power management IC and advanced topologies;

4. Wide bandgap power semiconductor devices: GaN, GaAs and SiC;

5. Advanced system integration and packaging technologies;

6. Modular power conversion and advanced PWM and control techniques for modular power converters;

7. Efficient energy utilization; high-efficient power conversion and conditional for Autonomous energy systems (aircraft, ground vehicles), communication, renewable energy conversion electronics, lighting, medical and other applications
