1. 欧洲X射线自由电子激光装置建设(欧洲大科学工程),2002-2017,欧洲11个国家政府支持,10.8亿欧元,参加工程项目物理设计和机器运行调试。

2. DESY FLASH 升级项目FLASH II(德国大科学工程项目), 2010-2017,德国政府支持,2.96千万欧元,负责种子激发自由电子激光物理设计和模拟。

3. 合肥光源重大维修改造 HLS-II,2010-2012,中科院条财局和中科大经费支持,2亿元,项目副总工程师,储存环分总体副负责人,物理设计和磁铁系统负责人。

4. 新型高功率、连续波THz相干同步辐射源的物理设计及关键技术研究,2010-2012,国家自然科学基金青年基金,18万元,负责人。

5. HLS直线加速器功率源改造,2008-2010,中科院大科学装置维修项目,1936万元,排名3。

代表性成果(近年的教学和科研成果、专著与论文、专利、获奖)


科研领域代表性成果

1. 德国汉堡电子同步辐射研究所(DESY)工作期间,先后完成

(1)在汉堡自由电子激光装置(FLASH)上,发现束团品质对辐射特性影响的机制,提出改进方案,使机器性能显著提升。

(2)在欧洲x射线自由电子激光装置(EXFEL)上,第一个实现对整个装置从头到尾仿真研究,通过优化设计参数,使辐射峰值功率、光谱密度比原设计提高10倍成为可能。

(3)独立发展微束团不稳定性的数值仿真程序,首次准确定量地研究该现象。

2.  在合肥同步辐射光源重大升级改造项目中担任副总工程师、储存环分总体副负责人,同时兼任整个装置物理设计和磁铁系统负责人,在总体方案、物理、工程设计上起到关键作用。改造后的光源束流发射度和束流轨道稳定性大幅度改善和提高,到达了世界同类装置的领先水平。其中储存环物理设计在国内专家论证中受到一致好评。

3.  在应用加速器领域,完成多种类型小型民用辐照加速器的研制。以上装置均已建成并成功运行


教学领域

20178月,在国家人力资源和社会保障部以及中国工程物理研究院人事教育部主办的“四代光源XFEL前沿技术高级研修班”中担任“粒子加速器束流动力学物理”的主讲教师。
