    Dr. Xiao graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and majored in Power Engineering. Dr. Xiao received her Ph.D. Degree in June 2003, and joined in School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in the September of the same year. Dr. Xiao carried out research work relating to electrical measurement technology as well as electric energy meter technology.
